I mean, it all starts again, tomorrow…
I’ve made my plans.
I’ve prepped and I’m ready.
It all starts again tomorrow. I’m going to really try this time. I’ve got a big goal for the rest of this year and I’m going to try to focus on one week at a time.
I’m going to wait a bit to add in exercise and only focus on sleeping and eating this week. To sleep at 10 pm tonight. I’ve been fasting since 7:30. I’ve made a meal plan for tomorrow. I’ve got all my tasks written out on a list. We’ll see how well it goes.
I’ve been here before, many times and I’ve had varying degrees of success. It seems to work best when I have a goal and when I have some kind of accountability. One time I had a bet with a buddy and lost 30lbs. This time, I’m keeping track here as my accountability.
I’m going to try to keep track of things and do weekly updates for myself to look back at throughout my process.
Now I’ve gotta go make my bed.
